November 17th, 2022 -  FITSI received formal notice from the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) for passing year 1 surveillance audit activities.  Over the more than 120 requirements imposed by ANAB during the surveillance audit, FITSI had only one non-conformity (finding). FITSI addressed the non-conformity and closed the finding to maintain accreditation.
