FITSI-DC Inagural Event

Overview
The Federal IT Security Institute is supporting the establishment of
a Washington DC Area (FITSI-DC)
Chapter. The goal of FITSI-DC is to enhance the professional
standings of IT security professionals responsible for securing US
federal information systems. A key benefit of joining FITSI-DC is
the opportunity to receive cost effective training,
education, as well as provide networking opportunities of peers in
the federal IT security space.
As part of the
establishment of the DC chapter, FITSI is hosting a one day
conference / chapter event
focusing on
Continuous Monitoring, tools, and best practices.
There is currently no fee to participate in FITSI-DC but there is a
fee for the one day event. FITSI members are given
preferential pricing.
