FITSI's Board of Directors is composed of successful business leaders that can provide the organization useful, effective guidance and oversight to ensure the continued success of its objectives.

Taylor Devine - Board Member
Taylor brings more than 40 years of national and international business and organization building experience to the FITSI board. He has served as a volunteer in the capacity of a Management Team Leader and Chairman of the Board for two different not for profit organizations. In the business world, Taylor has served in the functional areas of operations, marketing, strategy, finance, and general management. His primary experience and involvement in the IT security certification market was served during his tenure as the CEO of a Washington based IT training organization that specialized in a number of network and security certification programs (MCSE, CCNP, CISSP, Security+, etc.). Additionally, as Chairman and CEO of a US company, he executed a successful IPO and a number of acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures. Taylor has founded and built two US based companies. Headquartered in London, he was the international corporate officer for a US based, NYSE company, responsible for expansion in Europe, Asia, and South America. Taylor is currently Founder and Managing Partner of a Corporate Development and M&A Firm.

Lou Vescio - Board Member
Lou brings 30+ years of business experience to the FITSI board of directors. Lou is a former US Air Force aviator; flying a combat tour in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam conflict. He worked in the corporate world for Texas Instruments in the 80’s and since that time has been an entrepreneur running a number of highly successful businesses. Lou possesses experience in the IT certification market as the past president of a successful IT training company. This company focused on training in IT certification programs (CompTIA, Novell, Microsoft, etc.) for both corporate and public clients. At this company Lou helped catapult the business, and growth to about $11.5 million yearly over a 5 year period. Today, he currently works in Florida where he runs a business broker firm helping buy and sell businesses.

Jim Wiggins - Chairman of the Board
Jim possesses over 15 years direct experience in information technology management with the past 11 years focused on information systems security. In Jim’s "for profit" life he has served as both the Chief Technology Officer for a boutique training organization as well as a partner in a highly successful technology consulting firm. He has managed, designed, operated and audited IT security systems over his career. He also has an extensive background in technical education and specializes in security related courses targeted at Federal and government contracting clients. Jim holds the following IA/IT security certifications:  CISSP, ISSEP, CISM, CISA, SCNA, SCNP, CAP, SSCP, CEH, ECSA, CHFI, LPT, TICSA, CIWSA, Security+, and MCSE: Security.
